The presentation focuses on the latest improvements in the production process of collector coins. Technologically advanced and artistically beautiful. High-relief coins with decorative techniques like ruthenium plating, gold plating, selective gilding, antique finish, selective oxidizing, selective copper plating, digital printing and decorative stones.
Mr. Siemowit Kalukiewicz joined the Mint of Poland in 2004 as the Manager of the Production Organization in the Technical Department.
From November 2013 to June 2014, he held the position of the Production Director, whereas in 2014 he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer – a person responsible for all operating activities in the production area. Mr Kalukiewicz holds a diploma in Organization of Production of the Warsaw University of Technology, where, for three years, he pursued his PhD in the same field, additionally working as a lecturer and a production organization consultant in manufacturing companies.
