A low stress plating process
- Requires no subsequent annealing treatment, hence, leads to significant cost savings.
- Excellent coinability can be achieved due to reduced plating stress.
Exceptional performance
- Enhanced tarnish resistance, this will ensure coins maintain the shiny appearance over a longer period of time.
- Good adhesion to the substrate and good wear resistance, this will help prolong their useful life.
Environmentally friendly
- The new process uses substantially less amounts of chemicals per unit volume that leads to lower emissions and reduced requirements on effluent treatment.
